Hey Guys!
So today I thought I would do a review of a blush that I bought a couple of weeks ago from Stila. I actually had never tried anything from Stila before, but thought I would burst my Stila cherry and buy something! I have heard really good things about their eye palettes and eyeliners, but thought I would try something different. This blusher caught my eye, so without further ado I will get on with the review!

Stila Custom Colour Blush, Self adjusting Pink - £13 (click here to buy)

The first thing I will talk about is the packaging, (as I am a definite sucker for packaging!!)  So it comes in a black pot which is shiny and has stars on the lid along with 'Stila.' I love this design as I think it looks very classic and not over the top at all. It is also very slim and easy to fit into your bag. Another bonus is that it comes with a mirror so you can apply on the go if needed!

Now onto the actual blush, so as you can probably tell it is a very bright pink blush, however it isn't actually that scary! This is one of the self adjusting blushers, therefore will change to suit your tone skin as soon as you put this on. Don't let the brightness of this put you off, (as it did with me slightly!) as on me it turns into just a flush of pink which you can build up if you want to.

As you can see from this picture that it really doesn't show up as bright as you think, and trust me the swatch above I put quite a lot of blusher on!
So the way this works, is it reacts with your skin's pH and therefore creates a custom blush for you that would be different on everyone else.
However this could be a bad thing as even though I like how it looks on me, it could look completely different on you and you may not like that. It does come in two other shades though if you would prefer a different colour, which are bronze and coral.

It does have a very velvety formula and so glides onto the skin and is very easy to blend. I have also noticed that it stays on my skin for ages and it doesn't rub of in patches.
I would definitely recommend this blusher if you are looking for something that just enhances your skin and just gives you a flush of colour. Also if you struggle to find the right tone and colour of blush for you, then definitely try this as it should adjust to the perfect colour. I think this would suit pretty much everyone even if you like a stronger look then just apply a bit more. I also apply this blusher with my Real Techniques blush brush which gives me a more sheerer look, but you could also use a denser brush to apply more product to your face, therefore creating a stronger looking blush.

I hope this review has been helpful, and definitely let me know if you are going to try it or have tried it. I hope you are all well and had a nice summer, and if you have started back to School/College/Uni then I hope it's going well! I have just started back college and have loads of work to do already!! I do though hope to blog a lot more for the rest of the year, and try and get back to my schedule of uploading a post every Sunday! (starting form next week!) So I hope you will continue to read them, and don't forget you can follow me on bloglovin' to see when my new post will be up!
See you in my next post!
