Hey Guys!
So for Christmas I actually received the Urban Decay Gwen Stefani palette, which was a complete surprise and I was literally over the moon when I saw it! It's so amazing that I had to blog about it and share it with you! First though I hope you all had a fab Christmas and got everything that you wanted and you're all well! If you want to see what I got up to then, I did do Vlogmas which is up on my channel and also a 'What I Got For Christmas' video if you want to see what else I got! (www.youtube.com/BethanAmyJames) Anyway enough with the plugs, lets get on with the post!

So this is what the packaging looks like, which is honestly amazing and is up there with the best packaged palettes in my opinion! It feels really secure but also isn't too big that you can't take it anywhere. It has gold mirrored edges and then is white with black spots on top. It also has an actual little plaque which obviously has the 'UD Gwen Stefani' on. I literally love this packaging and I think Urban Decay have put a lot of time and effort into it.

This is what the palette looks like inside, there are 15 colours and also a massive mirror which is super handy!! On the right hand bottom corner it also says, 'Magic's in the makeup' which I think is really sweet!
Gwen and Urban Decay worked together to create this gorgeous palette, with 12 new shades being ones that Gwen loved to have in her collection and 3 are part of the Urban Decay collection.
So the colours in order are, Blonde,Bathwater,Skimp,Steady,Punk,Baby,Anaheim,Stark,Zone,Serious,Pop,Harajuku,Danger,1987 and Blackout. These are all named by Gwen and are inspired by her songs, which I think is lovely!

There are a really nice variety of colours with a mixture of matte and sparkly ones. You can create loads of different looks with these, including just an everyday look or a smokey eye. One of my favourite colours is definitely 'Punk' which is a stunning deep purple maroon colour which is different to any eyeshadow that I own. There are three colours which are a bit more out there which are, 'Harajuku','Danger' and '1987'.(Pink,blue and yellow) However I think its nice to have a few colours like that to mix it up a bit! I also love 'Blackout' which is just a really deep matte black that blends really well! 'Pop' is another one that I think I will use a lot due to it being sparkly, and will also be a great base colour. All of the colours give a really good pay off and have a lot of pigment! From the times that I have used this palette, they have stayed on for ages on my eyes. It's just a really stunning palette that I think would appeal to most people! There are definitely colours for everyone, and I think I will use all of them! (which can be rare with a palette!)

Unfortunately this palette is limited edition, but you can still buy it on the Debenhams website here for £40. I would 100% recommend this as it's such a good palette with gorgeous colours for everyone, so grab it while you can!!

I hope you all enjoyed this post, and are all well! I also hope that you have a VERY happy New Year!! I will be posting something on New Year's Day so look out for that, but thank you to everyone that has read my blog in 2015! Lots of love to all of you!
See you in my next post!
