Hey Guys!
So a few weeks ago, I got this amazing blusher from Hourglass and I just had to blog about as I think it's now my all time favourite one! I have actually never tried Hourglass, probably because it's not available anywhere near me. I bought this from Liberty when I went to London a few weeks ago, but I found it on the Space.NK website here for £32 in the colour 'Luminous Flush'

I honestly don't think I have seen a more beautiful blush in my life, it's just absolutely stunning!

The first thing I will talk about is the packaging, which by the way is so hard to photograph haha!! It came in a box which I always think is nice when you buy something from the high end. Then the blush comes in a stunning rose gold packaging which is mirrored with 'Hourglass' on the top and then the product name and info on the bottom. It's really easy to open but also feels really secure and you know it won't come lose. It's actually really lightweight, which is especially good if you are carrying it around. It also has a reasonable sized mirror, which again is fab for on the go or just applying your blush. It's definitely one of the nicest packaged makeup products I own, and looks lovely sat on my dressing table!

Now onto the actual blush, which if I was to describe in one word it would be 'stunning'. It's a mix of colours, which is a bright pink and also a dusky highlighting colour. However I just normally swirl then together to create a gorgeous champagne rose colour as shown below.

It's such a 'pretty pink' colour and I think it complements my skin really well, as I am quite pale at the moment as well! Now as it has that other highlight colour mixed in ,it just creates a gorgeous sheen over the cheeks, which just adds that extra dimension to the face. I like also though that it isn't really glittery so doesn't look to much or too heavy for everyday wear.
I love that you can either just use a little bit of this to create a sheer pop of colour, or build it up to a really nice pink that is visible on the cheeks. I normally use my Real Techniques blush brush which is perfect as it allows you to swirl everything together and picks up the right amount so you don't go overboard with it! It's really blendable as well which is great as you don't have to worry about buffing it in.I think it just adds that healthy glow which is also perfect for spring and will go with any makeup look. It also lasts ages on the cheeks, and doesn't seem to fade at all throughout the day which is ideal in a blush! It feels really lightweight on your cheeks and just adds a soft glow which just seems to light up your face.

So as you can probably tell by now, I literally love this blush so much, and would definitely recommend it or any of their blushers. I would also love to try some more of the Hourglass products, so let me know if you have any recommendations! Also let me know if you have tried this blush or now want to! I hope you are all well and enjoying the sunshine!
Lots of love,
See you in my next post!
