Hey Guys!
So as it's only a couple of weeks until Easter, I thought I would share with you one of my most favourite things to make around this time of year. They are literally the most easiest of things to make, but trust me they are absolutely DELICIOUS!!

They would be great to make if you have kids, as they would be able to join in, but to be honest I think anyone of any age would enjoy these!

So to make these Rice Krispie cakes you will need:
- Rice Krispies (You could also use Shredded Wheat)
- Cadbury Dairy Milk - around 2 bars of 200g
- Milkybar Mini Eggs or Cadbury Mini Eggs

So what I normally do is pour a relatively quite big mixing bowl worth of Rice Krispies. I stupidly forgot to weigh how much was in the bowl, but I normally just do it by eye depending on how many I want to make. Sometimes there might be some mixture left over but that's completely fine because let me tell you, you'll just want to eat it out of the bowl anyway haha!
I then melt the Dairy Milk, I mean you can literally use any chocolate you like but personally, I think they taste the best with Dairy Milk!! I normally melt it in the microwave doing 30-second bursts just to make sure it doesn't burn. It normally takes about a minute and a half to fully melt, but just make sure you give it a stir every 30 seconds. Alternatively, you could melt it over boiling water on the hob/stove.
While the chocolate is still warm, pour it over the Rice Krispies and simply just mix! Make sure everything is fully combined and you're basically done!
As I said before, I could very easily just eat it straight from the bowl, but I have to resist the temptation!

Spoon the mixture into some cupcake cases, and then pop a Milkybar egg on top. You can decorate them with anything, for example, Cadbury mini eggs, or creme eggs however these Milkybar ones have become my new favourite! Then pop them into the fridge to set, and then they're ready to eat!

As I said before these are the easiest most foolproof things to make, but just trust me when I say just how delicious they are!! They are also perfect for popping a little nest on top of a cupcake which I think is what I'm going to do next!
Let me know if you're going to try these or maybe they're already one of you're favourite things!
Lots of love,
See you in my next post!
